This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders move from sellers to buyers, what you can expect during delivery, and how LX INDIA supports the process as a marketplace platform.

LX INDIA connects buyers with independent sellers. While sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, LX INDIA oversees the delivery process to ensure reliability, transparency, and customer support.

By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to this Policy along with our other Platform policies.

How Your Order Moves Forward

Once your order is confirmed, the seller begins preparing the product for shipment within the timeline shown on the product page or at checkout.

To maintain delivery quality and tracking accuracy, sellers are required to use only delivery partners approved by LX INDIA. This helps ensure that shipments can be tracked and supported throughout the delivery journey. Independent or unlisted couriers are not permitted for delivery under any circumstances

After dispatch, the seller uploads shipment and tracking details to the Platform so you can follow your order’s progress.

About Delivery Dates and Delays

Estimated delivery dates shown on LX INDIA are based on the seller’s location, your delivery address, product type, and courier serviceability.

Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier network issues, public holidays, or operational disruptions.

While LX INDIA and sellers make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe, delivery dates are provided as estimates and may vary unless a specific commitment is clearly stated.

How Deliveries Are Handled

All orders are delivered through logistics partners authorised by LX INDIA. Sellers cannot ship products using unapproved or external courier services.

This approach helps ensure secure handling, reliable tracking, and consistent delivery standards across the Platform.

About Shipping Charges and Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, depend on factors such as product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Some products may qualify for free delivery, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Where multiple items in an order are shipped together, delivery charges may be applied on a consolidated basis rather than separately for each item.

Any applicable delivery charge is transparently displayed during checkout before payment is completed, allowing buyers to review the total order cost before confirming the purchase.

How Products Are Packed and Handled

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are packed securely and appropriately for transit, taking into account the nature of the product and the delivery journey.

LX INDIA does not physically handle, inspect, open, or repackage products prior to shipment. Products are handled by the approved courier partner according to standard delivery procedures.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect packages at the time of delivery. If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend documenting the condition and contacting customer support promptly.

Delivery Location and Access

Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt up to two re-deliveries according to their standard practices. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts , the order may be cancelled and returned back to the seller.

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) or further action will be handled in accordance with the applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Handling Delays, Damage, or Loss during Transit

Once a product has been handed over to the delivery partner, it remains in transit until delivered or returned.

LX INDIA does not physically handle products during transit. However, if an order is delayed, lost, or damaged, LX INDIA will assist by coordinating with the seller and delivery partner to help resolve the issue.

Eligibility for replacement or refund will be assessed under the Return and Refund Policy.

Order Tracking

Once the seller uploads the tracking ID, buyers can view shipment status from the "My Orders” section of their LX India account.
If tracking information is not visible after 48 hours of dispatch, buyers are encouraged to contact customer support for assistance.

Updates to This Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational changes or improvements. The latest version will always be available on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated” date.

Continued use of LX INDIA after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
