LX INDIA - Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LX India, we aim to ensure a smooth, secure, and transparent delivery experience for every customer. All orders placed through our platform are fulfilled directly by the respective sellers, using only LX India-approved delivery partners to guarantee safe and timely delivery.

1.Order Processing
Once an order is confirmed, the seller prepares the product for dispatch in accordance with the committed shipping timeline. Sellers are required to hand over the shipment to one of the authorized courier partners assigned by LX India. Independent or unlisted couriers are not permitted for delivery under any circumstances.After dispatch, the seller must update the tracking ID on the LX India platform. This allows buyers to monitor the delivery progress directly from their order dashboard.Tracking details will become visible once verified by our system.

2.Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type, the seller’s location, and the buyer’s delivery address. Most products are shipped within the committed time frame displayed on the product page or at checkout.Occasionally, external factors such as regional restrictions, weather conditions, or courier delays may affect delivery time. LX India and its sellers always strive to minimize such delays.

3.Shipping Partners
All deliveries are handled only through registered and reliable logistics partners approved by LX India. Sellers do not have the option to select or negotiate with other courier services. This ensures consistency, security, and tracking reliability for all orders.

4.Shipping & Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight, size, and destination.
Some products may be eligible for free delivery, as mentioned on their respective product pages.
When multiple items are ordered together, shipping is combined to offer a single, reduced delivery fee wherever possible.
The applicable shipping charge (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

5.Packaging & Handling
Sellers are responsible for using secure, tamper-proof packaging to protect products during transit. LX India ensures that all approved courier partners follow standard handling protocols to minimize damage or loss. 
           
6.Delivery Address & Attempts
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If the customer is unavailable during delivery, our courier partner may attempt up to two re-deliveries before returning the product to the seller.
In cases of incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the order may be automatically cancelled, and refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

7.Transit Damage or Delay
LX India is not directly liable for any delay or damage caused while the product is in transit with the courier. However, we ensure support by coordinating with logistics partner to resolve such issues quickly.

8.Buyer Evidence Requirement (Photos/Videos)
To support fair and faster resolution of disputes, buyers are advised to record clear photos or videos at the time of opening the delivered package. This includes capturing 360° photos or a full 360° unboxing video that shows the outer packaging from all sides, the opening process, and the product received. The evidence should clearly display the condition of the package, the product, and any missing, damaged, or incorrect items.If a buyer claims that the product is damaged, missing, or different from what was ordered, these photos or videos will help LX India verify the issue and process the claim more efficiently. Claims submitted without proper evidence may take longer to resolve or may not be eligible for approval.

9.Order Tracking
Once the seller uploads the tracking ID, buyers can view shipment status from the "My Orders” section of their LX India account.
If tracking information is not visible after 48 hours of dispatch, buyers are encouraged to contact customer support for assistance.
