Return, Refund, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

At LX INDIA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make every return, refund, and cancellation experience smooth, transparent, and fair for both buyers and sellers. Our policies are designed to protect your interests while maintaining trust across our marketplace.

1. Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what was described, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a successful return, the product must be in its original condition, including the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, warranty card, user manual, and all accessories. Items showing signs of use, physical damage, or tampering may not qualify for return.For placing cancellation request you can contact our support team, our team may ask for supporting details or images to verify the issue. After approval, the product must be shipped back using the provided return label or via our authorized logistics partner. When the returned item reaches the seller, it will undergo a quick verification check to confirm that:
  • The product matches the one originally shipped,
  • It was not damaged or used during the buyer’s possession, and
  • All packaging and accessories are intact.
  • The product shall not be opened if any damage or discrepancy is prima facie evident upon receipt. 
If the product passes verification, a replacement of the same item will be arranged. In case a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Certain categories, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, consumables (e.g., candles, wall stickers), innerwear, socks, swimsuits, grooming or oral care devices, and musical wind instruments, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These exceptions are clearly mentioned on their respective product pages to ensure transparency before purchase.If a return claim does not meet the above conditions, it may be rejected. However, if a seller unfairly denies a valid return, LX INDIA reserves the right to intervene and process a platform-initiated refund to protect the buyer’s interests.

2. Replacement Policy
At LX INDIA, replacement is always our first priority when a customer raises a valid return request. We aim to ensure that you receive the exact product you intended to purchase without unnecessary delays.
  • A replacement will be arranged when:
  • You receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, missing items, or not as described.
  • The issue is verified through images, videos, or a quality check conducted during pickup.
  • The returned product passes the verification process after reaching the seller.
Once your return is approved, LX INDIA will attempt to replace the product with an identical item of the same size, color, model, and variant. Replacement requests are processed at no additional cost to the buyer
A replacement may not be possible if:
  • The product is out of stock or discontinued,
  • The seller cannot fulfill the replacement due to unavailability,
  • The returned product fails quality verification (used, damaged, altered, or missing accessories),
  • The product belongs to a non-returnable or hygiene-sensitive category.
If a replacement cannot be completed, the order will automatically qualify for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

LX INDIA reserves the right to approve or decline replacement requests based on product condition, seller verification, and platform policies. Our Customer Support team may contact you for additional details if required to ensure a smooth resolution.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Buyers can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it at no cost, provided the order hasn’t been processed for shipment.If the cancellation is made after 30 minutes but before shipment, a 2.5% cancellation charge will apply to cover transaction processing costs. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible; in such cases, buyers may refer to our Return Policy after receiving the product.LX INDIA also reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. Buyers will be promptly notified via email or SMS, and eligible refunds will be issued accordingly.For cancellations initiated by buyers, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking partner. Orders canceled after approval or shipment may incur a flat 10% cancellation charge, and LX INDIA’s decision on whether an order has been processed is final and binding.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the return or cancellation process is successfully verified. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited to the same bank account or payment method used during purchase.For returned or damaged items, refunds are processed after verifying that the product meets return eligibility conditions. Refunds typically take 7-10 days, but in some cases may take up to 14 days, depending on the bank or payment gateway timelines.In cases where a product goes out of stock after payment, LX INDIA will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund to the buyer.For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the buyer must provide valid bank details during the return process for refund initiation.Please note that transaction and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. Refunds will also exclude any additional processing costs incurred during the refund process. Products returned after the allowed period or damaged due to mishandling will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Warranty Policy
Some products listed on LX INDIA may include a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. Buyers can claim warranty services directly through the respective brand’s authorized service center or support channel. LX INDIA itself does not provide product warranties unless explicitly stated that the item is "sold and fulfilled by LX INDIA.”

Warranty coverage, duration, and claim conditions are determined solely by the manufacturer’s policy. Buyers are advised to keep their purchase invoice and original packaging for future claims.

While LX INDIA is not responsible for warranty approval or rejection, our support team is always ready to assist buyers in connecting with the manufacturer or seller for claim resolution. Any costs related to warranty repairs, parts, or logistics will follow the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
