LX INDIA collects and processes information only through the operational activities associated with the use of the Platform and the provision of marketplace services.

LX INDIA does not collect information outside these legitimate operational flows except where required or permitted by applicable law.

Sellers

To facilitate order fulfilment, invoicing, delivery coordination, warranty support, replacements, and transaction related customer service. Sellers will share to courier providers and fulfilment service providers to facilitate the shipment, delivery, return, replacement, or collection of products.

Payment Service Providers

Banks, financial institutions, payment gateways, settlement partners, and other authorized payment intermediaries to process transactions, verify payments, manage settlements, and support financial operations.

Technology Providers

Cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support providers, and other operational service providers that assist us in maintaining and improving the marketplace.

Professional Advisors

Affiliates, consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and professional service providers where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, operational, compliance, or risk management purposes.

• Resolve disputes and investigate transaction related issues;

• Respond to legal or regulatory requests;

• Protect the rights, property, security, and legitimate interests of users, sellers, service providers, and the marketplace; and

Retention and Preservation of Information

LX INDIA retains information only for periods that are reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace responsibly, securely, and lawfully.

Retention decisions are based on operational, contractual, compliance, and legal requirements, including facilitating transactions, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing marketplace policies, complying with applicable laws, and protecting the marketplace and its participants from fraud, misuse, or security risks.

Certain records, including transaction records, invoices, tax records, accounting records, audit records, and other documents required under applicable law, may be retained for up to seven (7) years or for such longer period as may be required by law.

Your Choices and Data Principal Rights

Subject to applicable data protection laws in India, users acting as Data Principals may submit requests to access, correct, update, complete, or erase personal data associated with their account or profile.

Such requests will be assessed and responded to in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
