Refund and Returns Policy

At LXINDIA.COM, our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the returns and refund will be as follows:

Refunds Policy

In case customer have received the product as faulty/DOA (Dead-On-Arrival), customer should inform us within 7 Days of time after receipt of the product. If we receive the intimation for faulty/DOA product in time, we will arrange for pick up and replacement. Incase if customer is not able to inform us about faulty/DOA product in time, the customer has to bear the transit/Courier charges for replacing the material/product. We will replace the product only of we receive the product as it is at the time of sale, with original packing and with all the contents of the packing. Incase if there is any content missing from the packaging, decision of replacement of the product is under the sole discretion of LXINDIA.COM, and the decision has to be accepted by the customer/buyer.

Customer can also go to nearby authorised service centre of the particular vendor for getting the product replaced/repaired. We are always there to help customer by taking product back and arranging for its replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer wants to cancel the order which is already confirmed, in this case 2.5% cancellation charges apply and we shall cancel the order and refund the amount after deduction of charges. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by LXINDIA.COM, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 10% of the order value. LXINDIA.COM has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by LXINDIA.COM and accepts LXINDIA.COM‘s decision regarding the cancellation. Products once despatched cannot be returned/Cancelled under any circumstances. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.

Refund Policy

If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount* will be by default reversed back to customer wallet (or to customer bank account – if requested) after deduction of transportation costs and amount as mentioned in Terms and Conditions of purchase and cancellation policy within a maximum of 14 days. If product is not in stock, LXINDIA.COM have every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, and email will be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out of Stock, full amount* will be refunded back to customer.

The refund time may vary depending on the payment method and gateway used. LXINDIA.COM cannot guarantee timely refund of the amount that is debited during purchase. We will try our level best to address issues regarding refunds.

*Company will not refund any amount paid as transaction charges paid during initial payment to the payment gateway as processing charges & also processing charges incurred for refund.
